With beats on repeat

What is left of kisses from a love gone wrong?

Memories inducing….

Tears of anger

Rage and wonder

Of lies told

Mending gaping wounds

Of life’s blows

Knocked pride

Mocked Soul

Still one big scar of a love gone wrong

She stands tall

Head high

Pride mended

Soul mending

For her dignity

She did not surrender

She can finally close the chapter

The disadvantage of beating a mute is you will never know the depth of her mind, her soul, her rage, her numbness or her plan to survive, for suffering teaches one to be still, to let go and let God.

Post abuse, one recovers, calm prevails and within a few months or years or however long it takes one to get through the situation. You Be-gin to live again. One cannot Alt. Ctrl. Del. unwanted memories, you just learn to better deal with them when they strike.
